Her honors for writing include the Writer’s Guild of America award and a New York Emmy, as well as a National Society of Newspaper Columnists award for humor writing, and the Global Humor Award Winner of the Erma Bombeck Writing Competition. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and her dog, Bowie.
